Studio 1 is a 600 SF space on the second floor ideal for workshops, lectures, movement classes or meetings.  The space seats 40 people theater style, and has 40 chairs and 4 large tables available for use.  The floor is a laminate over wood.  Shared use of bathrooms, changing rooms and small kitchen is available as well.  It will be wheelchair accessible by January 2011.

Rent: Ranges from $20 per hour for activities open to the community to $50 per hour for private events.  Discounts for bulk hours are negotiable.

Studio 2 is a 600 SF space on the second floor ideal for dance, music or movement classes.  The floor is polyurethane coated wood (OSB).  Shared use of bathrooms, changing rooms and small kitchen is available.  It will be wheelchair accessible by January 2011.  There are 10 tables and 60 chairs available.

Rent: Ranges from $20 per hour for activities open to the community to $50 per hour for private events.   Discounts for bulk hours are negotiable.

NOTE: Studios 1 and 2 are adjoining and can be rented together at a rate of $30 per hour.

The ECAC meeting room is an intimate space on the second floor which holds a maximum of 10 people.  This room is carpeted and furnished with a coffee table, small desk, couch and 6 chairs. There is also a massage table available.

Rent: $5 per hour for activities open to the community up to $15 per hour for private events.  Discounts for bulk hours are negotiable.

Approximately 150 SF plus shared bathroom and shower. Ideal tenant is an artist or healer. Rear entry from parking lot; wheelchair accessible.

Rent: $425 per month includes utilities (gas, water, electric, trash removal)

ECAC has a 375 SF space available for monthly lease on the second floor.  Ideal renter is a non-profit organization which does arts or community service work.  Space includes a private full bath.  No wheelchair access as yet.

Rent:$650 per month plus utilities (gas, water, electric, trash removal)
