Studio 1 is a 600 SF space on the second floor ideal for workshops, lectures, movement classes or meetings.  The space seats 40 people theater style, and has 40 chairs and 4 large tables available for use.  The floor is a laminate over wood.  Shared use of bathrooms, changing rooms and small kitchen is available as well.  No wheelchair access as yet.

Rent Ranges from $20 per hour for weekly activities to $50 per hour for one time events.  Discounts for bulk hours are negotiable.

Studio 2 is a 600 SF space on the second floor ideal for dance, music or movement classes.  The floor is polyurethane coated wood (OSB).  Shared use of bathrooms, changing rooms and small kitchen is available.  No wheelchair access as yet.

The ECAC meeting room is an intimate space on the second floor which holds a maximum of 10 people.  This room is carpeted and furnished with a coffee table, small desk, couch and 6 chairs.

Rent: $5 per hour for weekly activities to $15 per hour for one time events.  Discounts for bulk hours are negotiable.

This two room suite is ideal for a therapist or body worker needing temporary private office space.  One room is set up as a library with a table and chairs which can be used as a waiting room.  The adjoining room is furnished with a futon and chair, with space available to set up a massage table.  Rooms are third floor walk-up with no wheelchair access.

Rent: 4 hour blocks minimum (8am – 12pm, 12pm – 4pm, 4pm – 8pm) @ $50 per block.  Discounts for bulk hours are negotiable.

Approximately 150 SF plus shared bathroom and shower. Ideal tenant is an artist or healer. Rear entry from parking lot; wheelchair accessible.

ECAC has a 375 SF space available for monthly lease on the second floor.  Ideal renter is a non-profit organization which does arts or community service work.  Space includes a private full bath.  No wheelchair access as yet.
